At Mila & Rose®, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned boutique items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
